New Fabric for Pouch Swap

I am doing a pouch swap with ECMQG. It's a secret swap. I love those. I got some AMH Dowry 5 inch charm patch for a patchwork boxy pouch. I think it will look great, and I hope that my partner will like it. They are even better in person.

 
Whatever is leftover, I get to keep. Yay! I may use some in my 100 modern city  blocks quilt with some True Colors. I think that will be nice. I may throw in some Art Gallery. I can't wait til next week. I scope some awesome Robert Kauffman in our local store. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

    I love Anna Maria Horner, and that print you have in the center is my favorite from Dowry! So lovely! :)

      Yep, great minds. I love that one in the middle too. Even my hubby was like can you get some yardage of this. I was like umm, yeah. Maybe, I'll get some more of it. Anna Maria Horner gets it right. I can't wait to make that pouch.

      I think the rest of my stash is jealous because they are so pretty. I ran into them while looking for a great deal on some True Colors. I instantly fell in love. Found these @ https://www.etsy.com/shop/PatternCrush.

    Love the bright colors! I did one lower volume quilt (I couldn't resist a few soft colors) but in general I say the brighter the better! :)

      I love these bright colors as well. They are just super saturated and fun. I enjoy all fabrics though.

    Those boxy pouches are fun to make and they have so much room inside, somehow. You'll have to make one to keep when you're finished!

      No, I wasn't able to make one for me. I made 2 and ran out of AMH. I used every bit. I will have to get more of that line. Now, I know which ones are my favorite. Thank you for stopping by. :)
