I started something new last night.

Last night, I took the cutting table into the living room. While watching Royal Pains, I cut the octagons. First thing this morning, I started on the rectangles. I am loving the way this is looking!
Surprise, it's going to be for our living room. I am sooo happy about that. Sometimes, most of the stuff I make is going somewhere else. Gifts, commissions, and family. This was NOT on my 10 things for summer list. Hahaha, but what the heck. We don't have a good lap quilt right now, and the fabric is here. How could I resist. I have no will power! :)
